Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Warehouse & Logistics to lead and optimize the warehouse and logistics operations for one of our esteemed paper manufacturing client in Punjab. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in outbound logistics, order planning, distribution management, and warehouse management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment.

- Manage space utilization, material handling, and storage to maximize efficiency.

- Implement best practices for warehouse safety and compliance with operational standards.

- Develop and implement strategies for outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

- Plan and coordinate order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics schedules with production and customer demands.

- Oversee the distribution of finished goods to multiple locations, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.

- Coordinate with transportation providers to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.

- Track distribution performance and resolve any issues related to delays or transportation challenges.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team in warehouse and logistics operations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics and warehouse performance.

- Ensure proper inventory control practices are followed, minimizing discrepancies and maintaining stock accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and warehousing.
