Battery Smart - Associate Director - Warehouse Operations (10-15 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute warehouse strategies to support growth and optimize operations.

- Oversee daily operations with a focus on safety, quality compliance, and inventory management.

- Monitor and achieve KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turnaround times, and operational costs.

- Lead and mentor warehouse teams to foster accountability and continuous improvement.

- Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and automation tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align warehouse processes with business objectives.

- Manage budgets, optimize resource utilization, and maintain vendor and logistics partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in rental, leasing, battery, or manufacturing industries.

- Expertise in WMS, inventory management, and automation tools.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Technology and Engineering (MBA preferred).

- Familiarity with battery swapping, rental, or leasing business models is an advantage.

- Strong communication, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving skills.
