About the Client:

Our client is a well-established player known for operational scale and service excellence. As part of its next phase of leadership evolution, the organization is looking to bring on board a results-driven COO to spearhead growth, strengthen processes, and lead cross-functional teams.

Role Overview:


The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations, driving alignment across all business verticals, and ensuring strategic growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all business verticals, including Sales, Marketing, Business Expansion, Call Centre Operations, Customer Care, Training & Delivery, Placements, Collections, IT, HR, and Administration.

- Drive topline and bottom-line performance in line with organizational objectives.

- Design and implement comprehensive business and growth strategies.

- Establish robust operational policies and processes that reinforce company culture and vision.

- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high performance and alignment across departments.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Define and refine systems and processes to drive operational excellence.

- Partner with the Chairman and Board of Directors on key policy and strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile:

- 18 to 25 years of experience, with at least 3-4 years in a COO or CEO role in a large, multi locational, reputed organization.

- MBA in Marketing from a premier institute.

- Proven track record of delivering strong business performance and driving organizational growth.

- Excellent communication, leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

- High levels of integrity, business acumen, and a performance-driven mindset.
