Head of Performance Marketing

Strategic Leadership:

Take responsibility for achieving city-level digital lead generation targets in line with the annual operating plan (AOP)

Strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns to optimize ROI, reduce CPA, and maximize conversions.

Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards for tracking performance across all channels.

Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience and communication strategies

Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing page

Monitor competitor activity and keep an eye out for trends Campaign Management:

Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms including Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram).

Lead keyword research, ad copy creation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.

Drive funnel optimization from impressions to conversions, leveraging data-driven insights.

Implement and manage conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event tracking.

Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.

Collaborate across teams (content, design, pre-sales, field sales) to optimize messaging, landing pages, and campaign outcomes.

Mentor and guide team members to achieve peak performance. Budget & Analytics:

Manage marketing budgets with precision, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet business goals.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and derive actionable insights.

Develop mechanisms for collecting and analyzing data across teams, ensuring a seamless feedback loop for continuous improvement.

Optimization & Innovation:

Leverage A/B testing, CRO techniques, and advanced bidding strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Identify new digital marketing tools and technologies to stay ahead of trends.

Continuously monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in performance marketing.
