Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead a team of 20 digital marketing professionals, including graphic designers, video editors, content writers, SEO experts, performance marketers, social media marketers, and influencer marketers.
  • Foster collaboration, provide mentorship, and maintain high team morale to deliver outstanding results.

Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive lead generation and accelerate company growth.
  • Align digital marketing goals with the organizations vision and future expansion plans.
  • Establish and oversee campaign roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Social Media Management
  • Oversee the management of all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone across channels.
  • Design and execute campaigns tailored to specific platforms, audiences, and trends.
  • Leverage analytics to track social media performance and refine strategies for improved engagement and reach.

Day-to-Day Operations Oversight
  • Supervise daily activities, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Set performance benchmarks, monitor team achievements, and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales, Program, and Product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business goals.
  • Incorporate feedback from different departments to refine campaigns and strategies.

Innovation & Trend Analysis
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, particularly for engaging Gen Z healthcare professionals.
  • Introduce cutting-edge strategies to keep campaigns relevant, dynamic, and impactful.

Creative Initiatives
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and take ownership of initiatives that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation within the team to explore bold new marketing approaches.

Conflict Management & Team Cohesion
  • Resolve conflicts diplomatically, fostering a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Encourage respect, collaboration, and cooperation within a diverse team.

Lead Generation & Performance Analysis
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize ROI, and drive consistent growth in leads and revenue.

Brand Positioning & Content Strategy
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across digital platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with the company s voice, values, and target audience.
Proven Digital Marketing Expertise
  • Demonstrated experience in SEO, performance marketing, YouTube SEO, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members across all marketing domains.

Exceptional Leadership & Collaboration Skills
  • Build strong interdepartmental relationships and align team efforts to achieve company objectives.
  • Inspire and motivate team members to deliver their best work.

Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Prior experience in healthcare EdTech or enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, mission-driven industry is preferred.
  • Thrive in a results-oriented, fast-paced work culture.

Experience & Qualifications
