Job Summary:
- As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to expand business in the US market.
- You will focus on selling website development, digital marketing, and tech-based solutions while building strong relationships with decision-makers, business owners, and stakeholders.
- This role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication skills, and a proven track record in US tech sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology/IT sector through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
- Identify, target, and convert high-value US-based business clients.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Utilize Apollo.io and CRM tools to identify, track, and nurture potential leads.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies.
- Track, manage, and optimize sales pipelines in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM).
- Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Train and mentor junior sales executives on best practices and closing techniques.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Design and implement sales funnel strategies to optimize conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years in B2B Sales, Tech Sales, or Website Sales (US Market preferred).
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager or business development manager required.
- Prior experience selling to US-based clients, preferably in technology or digital services.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to craft compelling business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations.
- Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital services like Website Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong presentation & negotiation skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
