Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology/IT sector through research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking. Identify, target, and convert high-value US-based business clients. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations. Utilize Apollo.io and CRM tools to identify, track, and nurture potential leads. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and business development strategies. Track, manage, and optimize sales pipelines in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM). Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to secure new business deals. Work with internal teams, including product, operations, and marketing, to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages of the sales process, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Train and mentor junior sales executives on best practices and closing techniques. Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Design and implement sales funnel strategies to optimize conversion rates. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
