Key Responsibilities :
Sales
- Work closely with the inside sales team to generate qualified leads and guide them through the sales funnel to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the sales team and existing clients to propose new solutions, leveraging relationships to drive additional business opportunities.
- Lead the qualification of leads, development of proposals, engage in client discussions, and play a critical role in closing deals.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage prospects, ensuring a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their priorities and providing tailored solutions.
Solutioning
- Adapt horizontal solutions for application in new industry verticals, such as deploying technology solutions from the TMT/ICT domain into sectors like manufacturing, healthcare, or energy.
- Drive innovation by developing cross-industry applications for technology solutions, addressing unique challenges across sectors.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to enhance the company's service portfolio and maintain a competitive edge.
Thought Leadership
- Lead thought leadership initiatives, aligned with SGA's solutions and market expertise, positioning the company as an industry leader.
- Publish reports, white papers, and articles showcasing SGA's unique expertise, providing insights and cutting-edge market intelligence.
- Represent the company at industry forums and events, promoting best practices and industry insights.
Client Communication and Account Management
- Independently manage client communications, ensuring clients are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, monitoring market trends and business changes to keep clients aligned with relevant insights and solutions.
Client Delivery
- Oversee the delivery team to ensure alignment with client expectations, providing strategic inputs to keep deliverables on track.
- Ensure consistent quality and direction in client deliverables, offering feedback and guidance as needed to meet client objectives.
Capability Development (TMT/ICT)
- Continuously monitor solutions available in the market for tech firms (current clients or prospects), identifying opportunities to develop or refine offerings.
- Stay ahead of client needs and industry shifts, particularly in the TMT/ICT domain, to drive innovation in service offerings.
Skillsets and Experience
- Educational background: B.Tech + MBA or equivalent.
- This is a leadership role, suited for individuals motivated to expand business and capabilities across sectors, with a focus on sales and solutioning.
- Extensive experience in research (market intelligence), especially in the TMT/ICT domain, with additional expertise in sectors such as Industrials, BFSI, and Consumer & Retail being beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with experience engaging global clients, particularly those based in the U.S.
- Demonstrated expertise in solutioning and proven leadership in managing and driving a TMT/ICT research team.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
