Role: Performance Marketer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial for running highly effective paid campaigns across social media, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media strategies, campaign optimization, and driving measurable results for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize, create, and execute performance-driven campaigns across social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram) and Google Ads to meet clients' business objectives.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and creative variations to maximize ROI and achieve key KPIs.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop high-converting ad creatives and compelling campaign messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking platforms to provide actionable insights.
- Identify and test new paid media platforms and formats to expand reach and improve performance.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports for clients, outlining key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media marketing.
- Act as a Point of Contact (POC) for clients regarding campaign-related discussions and performance reviews.
- Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine targeting strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience of 4+ years in performance marketing, running successful campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads.
- Expertise in platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar reporting tools.
- Proficient in audience targeting, keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in programmatic advertising and remarketing campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Advertising is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
