Digital Marketer - Social Media Management (4-5 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer to join our team in Udhana, Surat. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in driving digital marketing initiatives and managing online presence across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.

- Oversee social media management, ensuring timely content updates and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

- Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media paid advertising, to optimize ad performance and ROI.

- Perform SEO activities including on-page and off-page optimization to improve website rankings on search engines.

- Track and analyze web traffic using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess digital marketing effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.

- Manage and update the company's website, ensuring its performance, functionality, and SEO optimization.

- Monitor trends, explore new tools, and stay updated with the latest industry best practices in digital marketing.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Social Media Management, including organic and paid content strategy.

- Expertise in SEO, PPC campaigns, and understanding of best practices.

- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other similar platforms.

- Experience in Website Management, including CMS systems like WordPress.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
