Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage website ad campaigns using platforms like AdButler, AdGlare, OpenX, Publift, and TripleLift.
- Leverage deep knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges to maximize ad performance and revenue.
- Optimize ad placements, delivery strategies, and targeting to achieve performance goals and revenue growth.
- Manage programmatic advertising campaigns with advanced audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad inventory aligns with campaign goals and objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, SSP/DSP integrations, and tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative elements, placements, and targeting to enhance ad performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, ensuring they meet or exceed KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising and ad exchanges.
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with 2-3 years managing website ads through tools like AdButler, AdGlare, OpenX, Publift, and TripleLift.
- Deep understanding of SSP (Supply-Side Platforms), DSP (Demand-Side Platforms), and ad exchanges, including their workflows and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in programmatic advertising, header bidding, and real-time bidding (RTB).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive decision-making.
- Experience with performance tracking and ad revenue optimization tools.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting ad tags, delivery, and technical integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
Nice-to-Have:.
Certifications in programmatic advertising platforms or tools (e.g, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, DV360).
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for troubleshooting ad-related issues.
Knowledge of emerging trends in contextual and native advertising.
