Payroll Specialist Position

Overview:
• Fluency in English Communication.
• Candidate should have excellent skills on Excel.
• Good working experience on statutory compliance and HR Payroll.

Job Functions / Core Responsibilities:
• Thorough verification and documentation of investment proofs
• Knowledge of Labor Compliance
• Knowledge of Income Tax
• Verification of Salary inputs and others salary components
• Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Salaries, PF ESIC, follow-up etc.
• Preparation of Salary
• Time Management

Other Responsibilities:
• To take care of Employee Complete life cycle -Joining to Exit Formalities.
• Letter preparation (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Experience, Relieving.)
• Preparation of Various MIS/HRIS/HR Initiative Reports (Absenteeism, Head Count, Wage Tracker, Man-hours, Employee Salary etc.)
• Monthly Attendance, Salary Calculations and statutory compliance.
• Responsible for different types of HR Audits.
• Administration of Provident Fund, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Encasement, LTA etc.
• Resolving employees issues/Queries. (i.e. Salary ,Attendance, Leaves, PF, ESIC etc.)
• Employee relation and internal communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
