Job Description

This is an exclusive Walk-in drive for Delivery Manager role. Interested candidates can visit our Mumbai office on any working day between Monday to Friday.Candidate with relevant skill set and doamain experience only need to attend the interview


Role and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-level executives.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters in the MEA region, especially in Capital Markets, Asset Management, and Wealth Management.
  3. Ensure continuous alignment with client goals, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Domain Expertise

  1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Capital Markets, focusing on Asset Management and Wealth Management domains.
  2. Offer strategic insights and domain-specific solutions to meet the clients evolving financial and operational requirements.
  3. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies impacting the Capital Markets space.

Team Leadership and Guidance

  1. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Technical Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers, to deliver domain-specific solutions.
  2. Define and manage the delivery roadmap, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  3. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the delivery team.

Solution Delivery

  1. Oversee the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
  2. Conduct regular reviews to monitor project progress, risk, and resource allocation.
  3. Address challenges proactively to ensure seamless delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

Production Support

  1. Monitor production environments to ensure system stability and performance.
  2. Collaborate with support teams to resolve production issues promptly, minimizing downtime and impact on client operations.
  3. Implement best practices for production support to enhance efficiency.

Client Relations Improvement

  1. Identify and address gaps or areas of improvement in client satisfaction, especially concerning domain-specific solutions.
  2. Conduct regular feedback sessions with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
  3. Proactively develop strategies to resolve issues, rebuild trust, and enhance the overall relationship.

Profit and Loss Management

  1. Manage the financial health of the MEA regions accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
  2. Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  3. Optimize resource allocation to maximize profit margins while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

  1. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
  2. Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in client management, delivery leadership, or similar roles in the fintech or IT services industry.
    • Proven track record in Capital Markets with a strong focus on Asset Management and Wealth Management domains.
    • Experience managing large-scale accounts and diverse teams across geographies.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of fintech solutions, banking systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in production support frameworks and methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
