Seeking a highly skilled Operations/Delivery Manager with expertise in Adobe Marketing Cloud to lead and manage multiple account campaign operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and monitoring project deliveries, managing risks, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills to engage with senior management
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Operations & Delivery Management
Oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple campaign operations across different accounts.
Track and monitor project progress, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.
Implement best practices for Adobe Campaign to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Project Governance & Risk Management
Conduct weekly/monthly status meetings to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and action plans.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive risk management.
Lead project governance efforts to maintain alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder & Expectation Management
Work closely with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and senior management, to ensure smooth project execution.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and strategic insights to key stakeholders.
Set clear expectations and manage stakeholder concerns proactively.
Leadership & Communication
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, providing key insights and recommendations to senior management.
Guide and mentor teams on best practices for campaign execution and project management.
Foster collaboration across teams to drive efficiency and innovation in marketing operations.
