Responsibilities and Duties
Work closely with the marketing and business teams on campaign ideation keeping the clientâs larger business goal in mind
Manage creation and measurement of marketing campaigns performance
intelligence reports with internal teams Business
Manage B2C (business to consumer) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of overall
business ROI
Understand the existing technology stack of the client and work closely with the clientâs
marketing team to design omni channel use cases
Create presentations and analysis showcasing the business value achieved by the technology
stacks implemented
Liaise with business teams to plan campaign design & communication strategy, impact
measurement and post campaign analysis requirements or business portfolio analysis
requirements
Ensure process adherences and quality of insights deliveries
Deliver regular reports with insights of campaign results to stakeholders
Analyse Business/campaign intelligence reports & dashboards to provide insights &
recommendations to client team for enhancing impact & ROI
Identify service up-sell opportunities with a focus on revenue expansion through regular client
requirement mapping
Qualifications & Skills Required
A minimum of 2-3 years of overall experience
Should have worked extensively in the BFSI or Retail industry
Should have worked with the marketing team â digital and campaign marketing team
Management skills: You will manage campaign & portfolio insights deliveries working with
internal teams. Therefore, you will need to guide your team and establish parameters
Presentation skills: You will need to create detailed PPTs on the performance of the campaigns
and give recommendations to improve performance across channels, across customer
segments for focus product portfolios.
Project management skills: You will have to work with business teams, internal teams, senior
management and other stakeholders. You need to ensure that deadlines are met for multiple
client needs-campaign deliveries, performance reports, marketing analytics reports with insights. You will need to manage the organisations output effectively to ensure nothing goes
off-track
measurement framework & analyse data reports generated accordingly to draw insights on the
success of campaigns.
Industry knowledge: Good understanding of the business model of the BFSI & Retail industry
• Communication skills: Good communication skill is a pre-requisite
