Java Technical Lead

We are seeking a Java Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and team leadership skills to mentor and guide developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex Java-based applications.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with best practices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and DevOps principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and hands-on development.
• Work with cloud platforms AWS & Azure for deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with 5-7 years of proven experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of message brokers Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Experience in Frontend Technologies (React/Angular).
• Familiarity with GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Redis.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration in Java applications.
