We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring teams, fostering collaboration, and removing impediments to optimize team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for agile teams, guiding them in Scrum principles and best practices.
• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress.
• Ensure the team remains focused, productive, and continuously improving.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report on team performance metrics Velocity, Burndown and Cycle Time.
• Drive continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
• Foster an environment of open communication, transparency, and trust.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile frameworks and company objectives.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with 3-5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience in coaching teams on Agile best practices.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Certification is a plus: Certified Scrum Master.
• Experience in software development.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile engineering practices.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles and Agile transformation initiatives.
