Java Backend Development Trainer

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Java Backend Development Trainer to lead training sessions and mentor developers in Amritapuri, Kollam. The candidate should have a strong background in Java, Spring Framework, and backend architecture, along with excellent training and communication skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Java, Spring Boot, RESTful services, JSON, and backend system design.
• Provide hands-on coding challenges, projects, and real-world case studies.
• Guide students in building scalable backend solutions and industry best practices.
• Develop structured training content, assessments, and project-based learning modules.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to trainees.
• Stay updated with the latest Java and backend technology advancements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of backend design patterns, database management, and system scalability.
• Experience in mentoring, training, or teaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to conduct live coding sessions and technical discussions.
• Prior experience in backend development (industry experience preferred).
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications in Java or backend technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
