The Senior Account Manager/Delivery Manager for an RPA product-based company is responsible for managing high-level client relationships, ensuring the delivery of RPA solutions, and driving client satisfaction. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on project delivery, focusing on expanding client accounts and ensuring the successful deployment of RPA products.
Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their RPA needs.
- Project Delivery Oversight: Lead the delivery of RPA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand RPA solutions within existing accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, implementation, and support, to deliver high-quality RPA solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address client concerns and project challenges, ensuring a smooth delivery process.
- Performance Reporting: Regularly update clients and internal stakeholders on project progress, account status, and potential growth opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Stay updated on the latest RPA product features and enhancements to provide clients with relevant insights and solutions.
