Call Centre Manager

Role & responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve daily targets.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the team and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all customer interactions adhere to company standards. Conduct regular quality checks on calls and escalate any recurring issues.
• Training & Development: Organize regular training and development sessions for team members to keep them updated on product knowledge and customer service skills.
