Role & responsibilities

• Attending in coming visitors and telephone calls
• Recording in coming and out going mails, courier in computer as per the format and to e mail the same in evening..
• To manage office house keeping and organise work for out door work etc
• Maintaining records of important original documents
• To make calls to senior executive and take appointment.
• Make travel booking by co ordinating air fare, train fare and search the same on internet and do the on line booking or by travel agent as per the rate..
• Taking message in case of Director if they are not in office and to text important message.
• To organize courier local and international – LOCAL COURIER – Vichare, Professional, Trackon , INTERNATIONAL – DHL, TNT and to renew the account.
• To follow up for payment, , Any documents etc take appointment for meeting and give appointment for meeting.
• To text message / do watts app for misc work, payment follow up.
• Make Air and train ticket for staff, Directors and keep a track of same – if not confirmed
