Role & responsibilities

Job profile

• Should have contacts and need to approach all corporate, offices for marketing of Mosquito Larvicidal Oil, Responsible for marketing complete range of products. Should
• To give field demo and explain the application of product MLO, Orchard Spray Oil.
• Have technical knowledge of marketing above products.
  
  
• Development of marketing & sales team.
  
  
• Development of dealers’ network in all major cities & towns.
  
  
• Strategy of marketing various products, advertising campaign,
• Participation in technical forums, exhibitions etc.
  
  
• Give presentations to potential customers.
  
  
• Training to marketing & sales team.
  
  
• Prepare market studies on the industry and specific product lines.
  
  
• Identifying new business opportunities and ability in accelerating
• Business growth.
  
  
• Credit evaluation of customers. Age-wise analysis of
• Outstanding debts & their liquidation.
  
  
• Plan targets for the year for each - product
  
  
• Product & monitor achievement every quarter. Monitor
• Performance of dealers.
  
  
• Dispatches in time to customers with co-ordination with works
• Manager.
  
  
• Arrange & monitor trials of our products at customers end and
• Convert these trials into business.
  
  
• Follow up, quotation preparation, customer visit, technical
• Discussion, payment follow up, payment collection within due date
• With repeat order, monitor activities of competitors in market and
• Plan our
• Strategy.
  Understand technicalities of products required by customer & recommend them suitable equivalent product / solution & communicate them to product development department.
• 
  Institutional follow up for registration and sale ( railways, atomic energy department, steel plants etc)
• 
  having high and good influences / customer contacts with public sector units, private sector units, technical support regarding product recommendation.
• 
  Execution of purchase orders with co-ordination of dispatch and conveying the position of material which will be in transit.
• 
  Proficient in English, good communication skills and can correspond independently
