Role & responsibilities

Job Profile

• Compliance of statutory requirements such as cess return, air, water consent & hazardous waste authorization renewal. Submit hazardous waste manifest. Maintain all testing records related to pressure vessels, stability certificate etc.
• Accident recording, analysis, investigation.
  Advise purchase dept. To ensure high quality & availability of personal protective equipments.
  Prepare accident prevention plan.
  Prepare on site emergency plan & rehearsal it.
  Exposure to environmental statutory acts & rules and etp plant, water sampling, air monitoring.
  Exposure to occupational health check up.
  Fire prevention and fighting training.
  Exposure to safety in hazardous chemical.
  Fire prevention planning, knowledge of trc rules.
  On-site static grounding and bonding survey to ensure whether existing static control equipments and procedures as per is7689-1989
• Bsc safety audit implementation as per safety clauses.
  A detailed well-written report containing findings, recommendations, on -field measurement results, suggestions from approved practice to establish a reliable static control program.
  Technical demonstration &presentation on electrostatic hazard and services involved.
