Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: 100% Remote with Monthly Travel to Company HQ
Compensation: Based on Experience and Qualifications, Subject to Base Salary and Bonus
Position Overview:
- Our client is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions and support the organization's strategic goals.
- This fully remote role requires an experienced professional who excels in employee engagement, talent management, and HR operations.
- The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring the workforce aligns with business objectives.
- Monthly travel to the company's headquarters is required for collaboration and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with department leaders to identify talent needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage and improve HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
- Support leadership in developing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international labor laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion to promote a thriving, inclusive culture.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management or a senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and drive engagement initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Ability to travel monthly to the company's headquarters for strategic meetings and collaboration.
