Job Title: Vice President of Operations

Location: 100% Remote with Monthly Travel to Company HQ.

Position Overview:

- Our client is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee and optimize the organization's operational performance in a fully remote capacity.

- The VP of Operations will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to drive efficiency and growth.

- This role requires monthly travel to the company's headquarters for collaboration and strategic planning with the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance across all departments.

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

- Collaborate with leadership to establish KPI's and monitor operational performance against targets.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

- Drive scalability and innovation in operations to support business growth.

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure value and quality.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Build and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on operational performance and opportunities.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and growth.

- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and best practices.

- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.

- Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments is a plus.

- Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

- Proficiency in operational software and tools, with experience implementing process improvements.

- Willingness to travel monthly to the company's headquarters for strategic meetings and collaboration.
