About the Role:

The Membership Services Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and management of membership programs and drive revenue growth for the company.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new members.
  • Implement retention programs to ensure member satisfaction and renewal.
  • Analyze membership data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Coordinate the delivery of membership benefits and services.
  • Develop and maintain member communication channels, including newsletters, emails, and social media.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events aimed at engaging members and attracting new ones.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate membership initiatives into organizational events.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate membership trends and performance.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote membership benefits.
  • Utilize various channels, including digital marketing and traditional advertising, to reach potential members.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and program management, to align membership initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with volunteer committees or boards to support membership-related activities.
  • Develop and manage the membership budget, including revenue projections and expense monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation through membership dues, sponsorships, or partnerships.

Required Experience/Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+years of experience in managing membership or loyalty programs, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing conversion rates and growing subscription-based and loyalty programs.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across various functional teams.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement growth strategies for membership and loyalty programs.
  • Experience in analyzing and interpreting data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and project management software.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
  • Strong communicator capable of briefing and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in loyalty marketing and customer engagement
