Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic CRM to lead our customer relationship management initiatives. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer engagement, improving retention, and driving sales growth through effective CRM strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for optimizing customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement CRM strategies that align with business goals, focusing on retention and loyalty.
  • Implement Offline Loyalty Programs: Develop engaging, personalized loyalty programs that reward customers based on their preferences and purchase history, fostering lasting relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of customer data to inform CRM strategies and improve customer segmentation.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, etc.) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and consistent messaging.
  • Technology Oversight: Manage the CRM system, ensuring it is effectively utilized and maintained; explore new tools and technologies to enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Reporting: Create and present regular reports on CRM performance, customer engagement metrics, and ROI of CRM initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Train team members on CRM best practices and tools, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
