Nothing to like about this company , only the salary comes on time

Dislikes

There is no work life balance , the HR management is really bad , i have seen atleast 10 people leaving the company in one month , if they don’t like you for some reason , they will not see how you are performing or not , they will keep irritating you and will ask for the resignation, they are open to hear the suggestion but only do wat they want to do , they don’t work systematically like the other brands work and the policies are really bad . They are not all an employee friendly brand .

Everything. Though it’s subjective. When I had joined Kazo I was told not to join there by few people but none of them gave me the reason and just told me that it’s a Lala company. So I joined but realised that the biggest problem is that it doesn’t have right leadership. Extremely bad decision making, there is no standard process being followed despite spending so many years in the industry. When I joined I saw 18 people left within 1 month of working there and most of them told me they made a bad choice of joining there. All the stakeholders are always looking to say and show a presentations or business plans that will make them look good or sound good as I was suggested by people that ynha aise hi kaam hota hai. Whenever I’ll tell anyone that I joined there people would say, “ mujhse baat kar lete pehle”. Though the salary came on time. Also they can ask you to leave without paying any two months salary or anything by asking you to write a resignation. There are many people who are working there for a long time so people will have different opinions but I’ll suggest that the brand needs a system to work and operate. I wish people could tell the exact reason why I should have not joined them. For me it was a bad choice as a I realised there isn’t right vision and right decision making. And I’ll suggest please ask everyone about their review based on the department you’re joining. There wasn’t a single person who said oh wow you joined Kazo.

...ncy. Horrible in payment. No communication was passed in the starting of corona. Neither any salary given. But when it started opening stores suddenly got a mail of lay off. With out getting a single penny for 3 months. Not beleived in such short standard company. Never work in a company like this those who cannot value their employee. And on other hand their MD writing motivational quotes of stating about support and all in this pandemic situation where he only held his hands out from his employee. Such a hipocratic statement to make. He should ashamed of it. Should respect employee to geta better business. No training will be given, no orientation, no introduction nothing at all. Just go their shop and stand like you can apply in a shop in your local market and stand under a lala.
