About the position -

We are looking for an experienced senior executive in Marketing Operations, who will typically involve overseeing and managing the processes and systems that support the company's marketing strategies. It's a mix of strategic leadership and operational execution, focusing on optimizing marketing workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

Job responsibilities are but not limited to -

• Strategizing and planning digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, advertising, and more.
• Managing interdepartmental day-to-day coordination (tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables).
• Creating and maintaining a marketing calendar.
• Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to produce marketing collaterals (banners, social media posts, contextual ads, landing pages, etc.) and ensuring that they follow the quality guidelines and brand guidelines.
• Building product pages, landing pages, and checkout pages, by utilizing available templates.
• Contacting potential B2B clients, influencers, and affiliates via messages, emails, and phone calls to explore partnership opportunities, establish rapport, deliver platform demonstrations, negotiate deals, etc.
• Onboarding affiliates and publishers and providing them with end-to-end marketing support.
• Coordinating transfer of assets between brand and affiliates, agencies, etc.
• Building and enriching the existing database of prospects/customers for B2B and affiliate marketing via an in-house website, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators and creating reports.

Interdepartmental Coordination -

• Manage day-to-day interdepartmental coordination, ensuring timely tracking of progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams for the production of marketing collaterals for channel partners, including banners, social media posts, contextual ads, landing pages, and more, ensuring they meet quality and brand guidelines.
• Provide channel-specific support for campaigns, ensuring all channels have tailored strategies and creative assets for maximum impact.

Required skills, experience and qualifications -

• Graduate with at least 7-10 years of experience in marketing operations, business development, or a similar role.
• A pleasant disposition, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and high enthusiasm levels.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT)
