Job Role:

• Oversee and ensure all pre-exam validations for test takers are conducted accurately by the auditors.
• Ensure compliance with certification policies and procedures to maintain exam integrity.
• Review audit reports and ensure timely resolution of any exam integrity concerns.
• Analyse exam results to detect patterns, anomalies, and potential exam security risks.
• Generate meaningful reports that provide insights into exam trends and test-taker performance.
• Use data-driven insights to suggest improvements in exam administration.
• Assess exam results to identify potential risks associated with test centers and remote proctoring

methods.

• Work closely with the team members to implement corrective actions to prevent exam fraud and

misconduct.

• Coordinate with the legal team to address and close audit findings.

Minimum Qualification:

Experience Level: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in exam administration, forensic auditing, or a similar role.

Required skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with exam security, fraud detection, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience in managing a team and overseeing compliance-related activities.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a certification or testing organization.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools for reporting purposes.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies in exam administration
