Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable web applications and platforms that leverage the latest technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
2. Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient code.
3. Implement front-end and back-end solutions using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
4. Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards.
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
6. Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional web applications.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in web development.
9. Continuously improve software development processes and practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
3. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
4. Strong experience with React.js and Node.js.
5. Experience with server-side development using Express.js.
6. Solid understanding of MongoDB and database design principles.
7. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
8. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with GraphQL.
2. Knowledge of front-end frameworks/libraries such as Redux, Vue.js, or Angular.
3. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development (TDD).
4. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
5. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
