MERN Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. You will work closely with other developers and team members to deliver high-quality, efficient, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Build and maintain frontend components using React.js and Next.js.
• Design and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend applications.
• Work with database technologies such as MongoDB (including schema design, indexing, aggregation, and performance optimization).
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or similar authentication methods.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.
• Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and DevOps engineers to create robust applications.
• Implement best coding practices, security standards, and code documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with API development and working with JSON and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and Passport.js.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB queries, aggregation pipelines, and indexing.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience in writing test cases using Jest, Mocha, or Chai.

Experience: 1-5 years in MERN full-stack development.
