About the position -

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator, who will work within the design or creative department, ensuring that design projects are completed on time, within scope, and meets the required quality standards. Act as the bridge between various teams like designers, marketing, product, or clients and responsible for managing and overseeing the workflow of design projects. The coordinator should ensure that the design work stays on track and aligns with business objectives.

Job responsibilities are but not limited to -

• Collaborate with creative teams to develop project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate design tasks, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and brand guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding design projects.
• Review and approve design drafts, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
• Design and create high-quality marketing presentations for internal and external audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and C-Suite executives.
• Simplify complex concepts into clear, concise, and visually engaging formats.
• Review content on designs to ensure there are no spelling, grammatical or factual errors on any visual media, maintaining a polished and professional presentation.
• Review all marketing materials, including social media posts, web pages, reels, testimonial videos, brochures, flyers, and other assets, to ensure the highest quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and web developers to ensure designs are accurately translated into functional and visually consistent web pages.
• Test and review new web pages to guarantee design fidelity, accessibility compliance, and a seamless user experience across all devices.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining schedules and meeting deadlines.
• Act as the point of contact for cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication between design and development teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Maintain a repository of design assets, ensuring accessibility and proper version control.
• Prepare reports on project performance, team productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required skills, experience and qualifications -

• Experience in Marketing, Project Management, Client Servicing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with one more graphic design tools and PowerPoint presentations.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive team environment.
