Job Title: Manager L&D

Role Overview:
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Manager - Training (HR) to lead Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives that align with Droom's business objectives. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR training, psychology, sociology, and excellent command over English to craft impactful training programs for a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps.
- Create training content on soft skills, leadership, and technical development.
- Manage workshops and training programs effectively.
- Measure and refine training effectiveness using feedback and metrics.
- Integrate LMS and e-learning tools for enhanced engagement.
- Promote a learning culture for upskilling and reskilling employees.
- Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in successfully running L&D function.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English (Hons.), Psychology, or Sociology. Master's degree is good to have.
- Proficiency in LMS and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking training effectiveness and ROI.
