Job Summary:
- The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training (managing end-to-end young leadership program) programs etc to enhance the skills and knowledge of our young leaders.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training management, preferably from the hospitality or aviation industry, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Young Leadership Program, ensuring the successful development and growth of young leaders.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and skill requirements.
- Design, develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs focused on insurance, and soft skills.
- Create engaging and interactive training content, including presentations, manuals, and online courses in coordination with Stakeholders' requirements.
- Manage and maintain a training calendar, ensuring timely delivery of training programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop industry-specific training content.
- Manage training budgets and resources.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to young leaders, ensuring successful career progression.
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training management, preferably from the hospitality or aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of training principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Education, or Hospitality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate etc & professional certification in training management (e.g. CPTM, CTDP)
- Familiarity with online training platforms and virtual classroom tools like Zoom, Webex, or Google Meet.
- Knowledge of instructional design models like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, or Kirkpatrick's Model.
- Experience with training evaluation and assessment methods
