Prudent Insurance Brokers - Manager - Talent Acquisition (4-10 yrs)

Designation: Assistant ManagerTalent Acquisition, Job LocationIndiranagar, Bengaluru.

Summary: Incumbent will be responsible for all recruitment, onboarding & HR operational work.

Role & responsibilities:

- This position must understand Job Descriptions and to get MPRs raised by concerned HODs on time.

- To source suitable profiles through various channels i.

- To schedule and coordinate first, second and panel rounds interviews and to record and document interview feedback.

- To follow up with candidates for registration in Darwin Box and to submit all required documents on time.

- To facilitate complete selection & offer processing on time.

- To engage prospective employees during offer to joining time and to facilitate onboarding process.

- To facilitate joining formalities and orientation on the day of joining as per Company Policy.

- To create and maintain profile inventory and talent pool in a systematic way.

- Responsible for good candidate experience during selection and on boarding process.

Preferred candidate profile:

- MBA with Management or HR specializations.

- Working experience with Insurance/ Broker industry will be preferred.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, handling above Manager cadre positions.

- Should possess very good verbal and written communication skills.

- Should be a good communicator.

- Should have good negotiation skills.

- Be proactive, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team & Should be self-driven and process oriented.
