Role Overview:
We are seeking a Brand Marketer with 3-5 years of experience to strengthen our brand presence, drive thought leadership, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling brand narratives, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and execute brand positioning strategies aligned with business goals to enhance Draup's brand equity in the B2B SaaS space.
Content & Thought Leadership: Work closely with the content marketing team to create compelling narratives, blogs, whitepapers, and industry reports that establish Draup as a market leader.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute brand marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across digital, social, and offline channels.
Event & Community Engagement: Support brand presence at industry conferences, webinars, and partner events to boost awareness and engagement.
PR & Media Relations: Collaborate with PR agencies and internal stakeholders to secure media coverage, press releases, and speaking opportunities.
Performance & Analytics: Track, measure, and report brand marketing efforts to optimize reach, engagement, and impact.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to align brand messaging with GTM strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, corporate communications, or content marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
2. Strong storytelling, content creation, and messaging skills.
3. Experience in executing digital brand campaigns and content-led marketing initiatives.
4. Knowledge of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience engagement strategies.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
7. Experience in PR, media relations, or employer branding is a plus.
