Job Summary:
- We are seeking motivated and smart Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our dynamic sales team.
- The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of generating and qualifying high-quality leads from the North America market.
- The BDR's will be primarily responsible for working on a set of named target accounts, initiating outreach, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target Account Management: Work on a designated set of named target accounts to identify potential business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential clients within target accounts.
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other communication channels.
- Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit for our solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and improve outreach campaigns.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead quality, and pipeline status.
- Feedback: Offer insights and feedback to improve our sales processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in a B2B SaaS business development in North America market.
- Education: Degree in technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
