Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications Strategy:
- Design and execute effective internal communication strategies to drive alignment with business goals, foster employee engagement, and enhance organizational culture.
- Develop messaging frameworks for internal campaigns that resonate with diverse employee groups, ensuring clarity and consistency.
B2B Brand Solutions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create brand-aligned solutions that cater to internal stakeholders and business objectives.
- Develop and manage communication campaigns that communicate key initiatives, product launches, and organizational updates.
Content Development:
- Create engaging and informative content for internal platforms, including newsletters, presentations, emails, intranet, and video scripts.
- Partner with creative and digital agencies to deliver visually appealing and impactful communication materials.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with HR, leadership, and marketing teams to align communication strategies with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into effective communication plans.
Measurement and Optimization:
- Track and analyze the performance of internal communication initiatives using feedback and analytics tools.
- Continuously optimize communication strategies based on data insights and employee feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, with a strong focus on B2B environments.
- Proven experience working with digital agencies to develop creative communication solutions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Strong understanding of digital communication tools, platforms, and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
- Knowledge of internal communications platforms such as Slack, SharePoint, or Workplace by Facebook.
- Experience in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and content production workflows.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
