Job Description:
- We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Communication Manager to enhance internal engagement, promote a positive work culture, and ensure effective communication within our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage leadership communications and share organizational updates effectively.
Content Creation:
- Craft engaging content for internal channels like newsletters, intranet, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR, Leadership, and other teams to align messaging with organizational goals.
- Create multimedia content, including videos and infographics, for internal initiatives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and refine content strategies for better communication.
Employee Engagement and Culture Building:
- Plan initiatives to enhance employee morale and foster a positive work culture.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to improve employee sentiment.
Campaigns and Branding:
- Develop and execute internal campaigns to raise awareness of key initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal platforms.
- Collaborate with departments to promote learning, development, and wellness programs.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work with cross-functional teams to align internal campaigns with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and deliverables.
Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on engagement metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal marketing or employee engagement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools like MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Creative mindset and excellent project management abilities.
- Analytical skills to measure and improve campaign success.
