JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and passionate Human Resource Manager to join our team for overall managing the HR function and cultivating a positive working environment for the company.
You should have experience managing and setting up the entire HR function from scratch.
A minimum of 5 years experience in managing HR function preferably with a startup or a digital marketing agency.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Role40% Recruitment 40% Generalist 20 % Admin.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Conducting employee engagement activities.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the database of each employee.
Skills Required:-
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.
- Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and find high quality talent.
- Familiarity with MS excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and organized.
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
