- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing guidance and support on human resources initiatives that align with business objectives.
- This role will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure that HR strategies are effectively implemented to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, and talent management.
- The HRBP will also provide expertise in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Support:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business goals and improve performance.
- Advise and coach leaders on best practices for people management, organizational development, and change management.
- Help align HR initiatives with business objectives, identifying trends and advising on potential solutions to business challenges.
Talent Management & Workforce Planning:
- Work with business units to identify talent needs, manage succession planning, and ensure effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Lead or support the implementation of workforce planning activities, ensuring that the organization has the right talent in place for future growth.
- Support career development, coaching, and performance management processes for leadership teams.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and discipline, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting a culture of inclusion, trust, and respect.
- Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, collaborating with legal and compliance teams as needed.
Performance Management:
- Support the execution of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Advise managers on managing performance issues and developing employees to achieve their potential.
Learning & Development:
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to identify training needs and ensure that employees are continuously developing the skills necessary to meet business demands.
- Promote employee engagement through career development opportunities and performance-enhancing initiatives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use HR analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and interventions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on workforce planning, compensation, retention, and other HR-related matters.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies across all HR practices.
- Provide guidance on legal and ethical issues regarding employment matters, helping the business navigate challenges and minimize risks.
Change Management:
- Lead or support change management initiatives by ensuring that HR processes and strategies are aligned with organizational changes.
- Help the business adapt to change by providing training, communication, and support through transitions.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (required).
- Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) (preferred).
Experience:
- years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or related HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive change.
- Experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR software and tools (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
