Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts promptly and effectively.
3. Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on effective evaluations.
- Develop and monitor individual and team performance metrics.
- Support employees with career development plans and training programs.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefits administration.
- Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
5. HR Strategy and Analytics:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Prepare and present reports on HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment success, and employee satisfaction.
6. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with employees and leadership to promote trust and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and analytics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Adept at multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
