Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training and development programs.
- Manage performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
