Job Description: Partnership Development Role (Remote, North America Focused)
Position: Partnership Development Specialist
Location: Hybrid (Based in Bangalore, India)
Working Hours: EST Time Zone (Eastern Standard Time)
Experience: 3-7 Years
Role Overview:
The Partnership Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners across North America. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership Strategy and Development
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth and development.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership efforts with company goals.
- Negotiation and Agreement
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Track and analyze partnership performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership status, performance, and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership effectiveness.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer support.
- Communicate partnership goals, progress, and updates to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners.
- Experience working with North American markets is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Willingness to work in EST time zone.
- Education:
- Should be a graduate. Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology is strongly preferred.
