Role Purpose:

The strategic objective of payroll is to manage employee compensation efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with all legal and tax obligations.

Designation: Manager

Base Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: Head- GSC

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Processing monthly payroll accurately and timely payment of payroll related remittances.
• Closely liaise with HR and Consultant for payroll related activities like PF, Professional tax, LWF, ESIC, NPS etc.
• Timely complete all month end activities and prepare monthly Schedules in a provided Formats.
• Timely Complete all Statutory Compliances like providing details for TDS payments, filing TDS returns for 24Q, issuing Form16 to employees etc.
• Assist in Group Reporting Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Internal Audit
• Assist in activities like Investment proofs verification of employees.
• Any other responsibility/task; not limited to the above-mentioned tasks, that may be assigned from time to time in view of the job requirements.
• Managing Team of 5 people

Skills & Competencies:

• Computer knowledge including Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing & email.
• Experience in working on large payroll software.
• Awareness of statutory compliance applicable to employees
• Atleast 10 years experience in managing payroll of a large organization of 5000+ employees.

Education & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce
