Job Description
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, appropriate approvals, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure payments are made on time to avoid late fees or disruptions.
- Ensure vendor queries and queries invoices are resolved on time.
- Generate reports on outstanding payables, payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and legal requirements in all accounts payable activities.
- Assist with maintaining records for audits and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Publish Monthly/ weekly reports of the zone that is supported.
- 2-4 years experience in managing global functions like Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- B.com/M.com graduates.
