Project Manager

1. Result Oriented & Customer Focused Merchandiser:

• Customer Relationship, Product Development with effective leadership across national and multinational companies.
• Manage all merchandising and development independently.
• Gather customer reactions on product to enhance the customer satisfaction

2. Administrative Task:

• Handles administrative task of project coordinator and team members to keep the project running smoothly. Inclusive Ordering equipment, supplies, managing deadlines and workflow.

3. Project Monitorning:

• Monitoring project progress and creating project status report.
• Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
• Support team members when implementing strategies for business development.

4. Audit

• Visit various suppliers to understand and audit capability, follow up on progress during development.
• Monthly progress to management.

5. Technical Knowledge:

• Arbitrate any conflicts with the customer on technical or/ and financial issues. Liaise with buyers, analysts, plant suppliers and other suppliers.
• Anticipate and Identify production and supply difficulties and deal with problems of delays as they arise
