Senior Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and managed services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to drive project success through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to project management principles and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables across various infrastructure projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment with business goals and to address concerns or changes proactively.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Risk and Conflict Management: Identify potential risks and conflicts early, implementing strategies to mitigate and resolve issues to maintain project momentum.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress against established metrics, adjusting plans and resource allocations as necessary to stay on schedule.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, delivering clear and concise reports on project status, risks, and milestones.
• Executive Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders, effectively communicating project goals, progress, and outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project outcomes meet defined quality standards and align with organizational objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and applying lessons learned to future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management within the IT infrastructure domain, overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
• Proven experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, with a focus on migration and modernization.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT) and total customer experience (TCE).
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
