Project Director IT Infrastructure

Job Description:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Participate in or oversee the development of creative concepts, including brainstorming sessions, ideation, and design development.
• Develop, refine creative briefs and provide overall leadership and direction for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
• Prepare regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
• Adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, or requirements and ensure that project teams can effectively manage and implement changes.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project sponsors, to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Master s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Director or in a similar leadership role for more than 15 years.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
• Handled Government Project Preferred Smart Class.
